For 75 days complete these six daily tasks:

  1. Clean Diet: No cheats, no alcohol.
  2. Two 45-Minute Workouts: One outdoors.
  3. 1 Gallon of Water
  4. Read 10 Pages: Non-fiction only.
  5. Daily Progress Photo
  6. No Days Off: Miss a task, start over.
