  • Every 4 weeks, you'll receive a custom training program tailored to your schedule, abilities, and goals—no need to cut out favorite foods or cancel plans.
  • You’ll also get a personalized nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle, maximizing your training results. Your "High Performance Playbook" will help you sleep better, recover faster, and wake up energized.
  • Weekly progress assessments keep you on track, avoiding plateaus, and I’m just a message away if you need help or motivation.
  • All of this is accessible through our easy-to-use private app—no spreadsheets or PDFs required.

HYBRID COACHING

Hybrid Coaching combines the best of both worlds—our comprehensive Online Coaching system with personalized Face-to-Face training. You’ll have the choice between Semi-Private Group sessions and Private 1:1 training, ensuring you receive the tailored support you need to maximize your progress.


  • Semi-Private Group Sessions: Train alongside like-minded individuals in a small group setting, ideal for those who want strong support and motivation during each workout.
  • Private 1:1 Training: Receive personalized Face-to-Face coaching designed for serious results, focusing on your specific performance needs with premium attention and support.


With Hybrid Coaching, you get a fully tailored experience, flexible scheduling, optimal technique cueing, and ongoing motivation—all in a cost-effective package.
